Activities - Teaching Courses
Teaching courses given by European partners in India For every year of the duration of the Project, professors from Europe will participate in student workshops, which will take place at the Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research in Mumbai, India. These workshops will last for five weeks, and consist of five one-week blocked seminars, taught by five different European Law and Economics professors.
For each weekly workshop, an exam or an essay will be set, and diplomas will be conveyed for each passed examination. Although core subjects, such as Property Law, Contract and Tort Law or Law and Economic development, will be taught annually, the more specialised subjects, such as Environmental law or Competition law, will differ from year to year.
